Covers for Manufacturing & Distribution Pallets
Standard Wrap Only Goes So Far
A loaded pallet can sit on a dock, ride in a trailer, and wait in a yard for weeks before it reaches the customer. All that time, rain and humidity work into the load, dust settles over the goods, and condensation collects against metal parts and packaging. A shipment that arrives rusted, stained, or damaged turns into returns and warranty claims for the shipper. Transhield builds custom pallet covers to prevent this by keeping each load sealed and protected from the warehouse to the final stop.
Built to Fit the Whole Load
Transhield makes a cover shaped to your exact pallet load, so it seals over the top and down the sides instead of leaving gaps the way generic wrap does. Design one for a recurring load, and your dock crew can fit the same cover on every pallet that ships, keeping protection steady across high-volume runs.
- Custom seal over the top and all four sides of the load
- Water-resistant shell paired with a breathable, anti-condensation lining
- Soft interior that won’t mark cartons, finishes, or bagged goods
- Optional VCI additive for pallets carrying metal parts
- Forklift slots, vents, zippers, and clear inspection panels as needed
- One repeatable cover for every pallet in a high-volume run

Why VCI
The optional VCI additive releases a corrosion-slowing vapor that settles on bare metal surfaces left exposed under the cover.
