Greg invented Transhield and launched the company in 1994. Since that time, he's been an active innovator and developer of new products, including involvement in 12 international patents. Greg retired from Transhield in 2017 but still provides advice and mentoring to Transhield employees.
Jim has led Transhield's innovation and operations since the very beginning. His unwavering positive attitude has created a lively environment for Transhield.

Matt joined Transhield in 1995 and has led the sales efforts to be what they are today - a nationwide presence in virtually every major industry. He is heavily involved in the design of new products as well as day to day operations. While he's been involved in sales across most market segments, he spends most of his time in the marine industry. He is the vice president of the Marine Leadership Alliance, and a board member of NMMA Marine and Component Division.

Brian joined Transhield in 2005 and currently oversees all of Transhield's manufacturing operations. Brian attended Holy Cross College and is a graduate of Penn High School.

Seckin joined Transhield in 2006 after graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in packaging engineering. His work includes research and development of new material for all market segments and has been issued three national and international patents as a result of his efforts to improve Transhield technology and product diversification. He is a former chairman of the VCI Committee for NACE International. Other memberships included: Society of Plastics Engineers, Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI), and the American Society of Naval Engineers.

Josh joined Transhield in April of 2018 and currently leads Transhield's Information Technology department. Before Transhield Josh was a Senior Network Administrator at Heartland RV, a division of Thor Industries. Josh boasts expertise in a number of areas including virtualization, project management, ITIL, vendor relations, Linx, Windows, and information security. Josh is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and enjoys tinkering with electronics in his spare time.

Na has been with Transhield since the beginning of 2017. Na oversees the quality issues reported from customers and identifies Root Cause Analysis then develops and helps with corrective action plans, manages and analyzes the data from all manufacturing plants, does raw materials testing and approval, and supports new product R&D. Na has a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing. Before joining Transhield Na worked as a Materials Engineer for Whirlpool Corporation for over a year. Na has a husband - Wenhui, a son, Matthew, and daughter, Megan. For fun, Na likes to spend time with family, watch her children's soccer games, meet new people, and read.

Bob joined Transhield in 2006 to continue his career in sales. With his background in the marine and RV industry, he has been able to grow the marine market exponentially. Bob enjoys the interaction with customers, working on new designs and making sure the customer is trained on the product. His territory includes the southeast and portions of the Midwest.

Rick joined Transhield in 2005 and in that time, has served every market segment Transhield reaches. His focus is now on sales to the Army / National Guard as well as the industrial market. Bio-Boepple_Rick
Nathan focuses his energy on serving the marine industry throughout a large portion of the midwest. His territory takes him everywhere from Minnesota to Arkansas. Prior to joining Transhield, he raced professionally on the OPC circuit.
Dave joined Transhield in 2012 with an extensive background in industrial and marine sales. As a former business owner and national manager of sales teams, his ability to connect with people and understand their challenges helps him solve their packaging problems.

A.J. has been with Transhield since 2015. In his role as a Junior Sales Rep A.J.: works with the installers at various manufacturers to oversee and assist with cover installation, helps pattern and engineer covers for new products, and supports our marine sales force. A.J. has expertise in both marine and industrial cover installation, patterning, and cover engineering. Before Transhield, A.J. studied at Michigan State University and Indiana University South Bend.
Associate Director, Data Acquisition & Technology
Krista joined Transhield in September of 2013 and now supervises our Design department. Krista oversees our cover designs from conception to completion, manages and maintains an efficient work flow to ensure efficient lead times, maintains the scheduling database, and reviews final designs before production. Krista also coordinates with the sewing staff, sales engineers, quality controllers, shop managers, and production managers to make sure covers are designed properly. Krista has a B.S. in Fashion Design with expertise in Gerber Accumark, Construction and Fit. Krista has a husband, a rawrin' 3 year old, and a pet turtle that she would like to cook up. For enjoyment Krista likes to spend time with family, antique shop, decorate for the seasons, cook, sew, and do anything adventurous! #KUTGW - Designers!
3D Scanning Technician
Wayne joined Transhield shortly after graduating high school in 2006. Wayne is a part of our DAT/design department and works as a 3D Scanning Technician. In his position, Wayne travels to customer locations, 3D scans equipment that needs protection, registers the scan and sends it back to our DAT team, then helps recommend design alterations to best protect the equipment. Wayne has expertise in management - formerly our Plant Manager, sales support, and data acquisition. Wayne is the oldest of 6 children and enjoys traveling, photography, fitness, and hiking / camping as hobbies.
3D Design Engineer
Jen joined Transhield in July of 2013, left in February of 2016, and then rejoined the company October of 2017. Jen is a member of our Design team and creates beautiful cover designs for our customers as well as adding special components to DAT designs - seams and notches, marker making, creating boms and detailed instructions. Jen has a B.S. in Fashion Design and specializes in Gerber Accumark, Technical Design, Construction, and Fit. Jen has a husband and two children; an 8 year old and 4 year old. For her hobbies Jen loves vacationing, swimming, snowboarding, spending time with her family, sewing, and baking.
Kirsten has been with Transhield since April of 2016 and is a member of our design team. Kirsten creates flat patterns for our shrinkable and non-shrinkable covers. Part of her job includes adding seams, notches, velcro flaps and other special components to design blueprints, as well as creating assembly instructions, and bills of materials. Kirsten has expertise in technical design with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Apparel Design and Fine Arts. In her spare time Kirsten enjoys drawing, sewing, and the occasional video game.
Alex Vande Berg
Alex is part of Transhield's Design department and has been with the company since July of 2016. Alex deals primarily in the technical design of our covers, and creating design instructions for our offsite production teams. Alex has a Bachelors Degree in Apparel and Textile Merchandising from Eastern Michigan University, and specializes in Gerber CAD, pattern-making, and digitizing. Before coming to Transhield Alex was in customer service for 9 years and Head Cashier at Menards for 1 year. Alex enjoys volunteering with the Child and Family Services of Michigan helping with Operation Good Cheer. Alex's hobbies include following U.S. politics, reading, and spending time with his fiancé Joseph and two Quaker Parrots; Jamison and Kiwi.
Stephanie joined Transhield in January of 2017 and works as a part of our design team. Stephanie's primary work involves the technical design of our covers. Before Transhield, Stephanie owned her own quilting and embroidery business for 5 years, and before that, worked at Lee Jeans for 17 years. Stephanie's expertise is pattern design, and her education is in fashion design. Stephanie has a husband, Jerod, and a daughter, Leah, as well as three dogs and two cats.
Jim joined Transhield in October of 2018 and is the Plant Manager for our Elkhart facility. As the Plant Manager Jim oversees all of the day-to-day facility operations here in Elkhart. Before coming to Transhield, Jim was the Plant Manger at NauticStar Boats in Amory, Mississippi. Jim has a passion for leadership - helping to empower his team in work and in life. Jim has a wife of 28 years, two daughters and three grandchildren. In his spare time Jim enjoys camping, weightlifting, golfing and woodworking.
Nancy L. Collins
Assistant Project Manager
Nancy has been with Transhield since 1997 and currently works in production as an Assistant Project Manager. In her role, Nancy is in charge of making sure that covers are sown and printed correctly, and shipped out on time. Nancy's expertise is in sewing. Before Transhield, she worked at Eric's Craft & Sowing and taught sewing, quilting, machine embroidering, and general sewing machine classes. Nancy has three children, eight grandchildren, and enjoys sewing and quilting in her spare time.
Terrie joined Transhield in 1996 and is currently a Supervisor in our production area. In her role, Terrie sows our prototype covers for initial fittings, and performs quality control on covers to eliminate mistakes in production. Before Transhield, Terrie worked in sewing - which is her area of expertise. Terrie enjoys reading and gardening in her spare time.
Cynthia has been with Transhield since 2005 and is a Supervisor in our cutting area. Cindy's role at Transhield involves plotting, teaching our cutters, prepping patterns for cutting, and helping cut the fabric for prototypes. Before Transhield, Cindy worked in sewing, cutting and R&D. Cynthia attended Ivy Tech and SMC for graphic design. Her expertise is in cutting and sewing. Cindy has five sisters, and enjoys sewing, crafts, upholstery and decorating as hobbies.
Brian started with Transhield part-time in January of 2017, and came on full-time as our Warehouse Manager in the Fall of 2017. As the Warehouse Manager Brian is responsible for shipping/receiving, local deliveries, preparing customer orders for shipment, inventory management, and supplying production with raw materials. Before coming to Transhield, Brian drew blueprints for Kobelco Compressors and attained his B.S. in Marketing from Ball State University. For his hobbies Brian likes to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, longboard, and play drums for his band Of Earth.
Quality Lab Technician
Courtney joined Transhield October of 2018, and is a part of our Research & Development team. Courtney's primary responsibility is Quality Control in our lab. She ensures that all our materials are properly tested through every spec. Courtney has a B.A. in Fine Arts and Interior Design from the University of South Florida. Before coming to Transhield, Courtney was a Payroll Accountant and QC Tech for an aluminum lab. In her spare time Courtney enjoys painting, drawing, cooking, and loving on her animals.
Dynamics AX Administrator
Jim joined the Transhield team in July of 2018 and is a part of our Information Technology department. Jim is a member of the Dynamics AX User Group (AXUG) with expertise in AX user support, and IT projects. His role at Transhield is based around AX user support. In his spare time Jim enjoys fishing, and spending time with his wife Cheryl and two sons - Morgan and Spencer.
Mitch has been with Transhield since April of 2017 and works in our Information Technology Department. Mitch provides effective provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Transhield's software and hardware infrastructure. Mitch participates in the technical research and development that helps to continuously improve Transhield's IT infrastructure. Mitch has expertise in technology troubleshooting and maintenance, and a B.S. in Software Development from Western Governors University. Previously, Mitch worked at XPO Logistics for 5 years as an IT Support Technician. In his spare time Mitch enjoys being with his wife and daughter and doing outdoor activities - snowboarding, long boarding, camping, Frisbee golfing, hiking, rock-climbing, etc.
Amanda has been a part of the Transhield team since 2011. As our Office Manager, Amanda is in charge of cover pricing, quoting, setting up new customers and vendors, time and attendance, supply ordering, expense reimbursements, commission payouts, customer invoice portals, and much more. Amanda graduated from the International Business College of Ft. Wayne and was a Preschool Teacher before coming to Transhield. In her spare time Amanda enjoys biking, swimming, and spending time with her two children.
Accounts Payable & Human Resources
Amanda is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and assists with human resources for Transhield, Inc. Amanda studied psychology and sociology at Indiana State University and Purdue University. Before joining Transhield, Inc. in 2018 Amanda worked in healthcare specializing in office administration, sales and marketing. Amanda enjoys sports, crafting and spending time with her husband and son.

Tracy has been with Transhield since October of 2015 and is a member of our Customer Service department. Tracy's primary responsibilities include order entry, customer support, coordinating Transhield's attendance to Military trade shows, and invoice auditing. Tracy's expertise is in Military Sales Support. Before coming to Transhield, Tracy worked for Axis Products for 11 years in the accounting department. When she isn't working, Tracy likes to spend time with her husband and two children, and read.
