Greg invented Transhield and launched the company in 1994. Since that time, he's been an active innovator and developer of new products, including involvement in 12 international patents. Greg retired from Transhield in 2017 but still provides advice and mentoring to Transhield employees.
Jim has led Transhield's innovation and operations since the very beginning. His unwavering positive attitude has created a lively environment for Transhield.

Matt joined Transhield in 1995 and has led the sales efforts to be what they are today - a nationwide presence in virtually every major industry. He is heavily involved in the design of new products as well as day to day operations. While he's been involved in sales across most market segments, he spends most of his time in the marine industry. He is the vice president of the Marine Leadership Alliance, and a board member of NMMA Marine and Component Division.

As a 30-year veteran of the US Marine Corps and the US Marine Corps Reserves, Jeff brings to Transhield his ability to lead teams in diverse environments. In addition to his experience with the military, he led the sales and marketing efforts for Shield Technologies. Bio - Vold_Jeff
Brian oversees Transhield's U.S. and Mexico manufacturing operations. He works closely with the Sales and Design teams developing and supporting new design concepts to meet customer needs. Brian joined Transhield in 2005.

Seckin joined Transhield in 2006 after graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in packaging engineering. His work includes research and development of new material for all market segments and has been issued three national and international patents as a result of his efforts to improve Transhield technology and product diversification. He is a former chairman of the VCI Committee for NACE International. Other memberships included: Society of Plastics Engineers, Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI), and the American Society of Naval Engineers.
Na joined Transhield in 2017 after graduating from Notre Dame University with an M.S. in chemical engineering. Na’s expertise is in materials science, research and development, and engineering. Na provides critical technical support for Transhield R&D and engineering projects. Na is a member of the National Society of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) and the Society of Plastic Engineers (SPE).
Director of Marketing, TopCure Sales
Tyler has been with Transhield since 2006, currently serving the wind energy, HVAC, modular construction, power generation, and transportation markets; developing new business and supporting current clients in these verticals. Previous to his current role, Tyler served the aftermarket and marine industries at Transhield. Tyler is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Bob joined Transhield in 2006 to continue his career in sales. With his background in the marine and RV industry, he has been able to grow the marine market exponentially. Bob enjoys the interaction with customers, working on new designs and making sure the customer is trained on the product. His territory includes the southeast and portions of the Midwest.

Rick joined Transhield in 2005 and in that time, has served every market segment Transhield reaches. His focus is now on sales to the Army / National Guard as well as the industrial market. Bio-Boepple_Rick
Nathan focuses his energy on serving the marine industry throughout a large portion of the midwest. His territory takes him everywhere from Minnesota to Arkansas. Prior to joining Transhield, he raced professionally on the OPC circuit.

As a 26-year veteran of the US Navy, Matt spent most of his career serving aboard surface combat vessels as a fire controlman and electronic weapon system technician. He now leads Transhield's sales efforts to the US Navy on the west coast. Bio - Robbins_Matt
A.J. joined Transhield in 2015 as a production assistant assembling protective covers using various welding techniques. With that knowledge, he moved into the customer facing side where he began as a sales assistant in our marine division. In 2021, he moved to Denver, CO and is working with our industrial sales team helping to find solutions for customers in the large-scale commercial manufacturing segments.
Jorge joined Transhield in November of 2018 after serving 20 years in the US Marine Corps. He earned an MBA from Ashford University and has expertise in logistics management. Jorge is a member of the Boy Scouts of America, enjoys fishing, kayaking, camping, and motorcycling. Jorge is married with three children.
Industrial Sales & Business Development
Dave started with Transhield in 2021, his focus is to develop industrial packaging and cover protection in prefabrication and modular construction, HVAC, power transmission, machinery and equipment. Prior to Transhield, Dave served the industrial market in cargo protection and supply chain solutions with experience and knowledge of OTR freight, rail and export markets. Dave is a Purdue University graduate and based in SE Michigan.
