Covers for Construction Equipment & Machinery
The Open Yard Takes a Toll
Heavy machinery often spends weeks parked outdoors or strapped to a trailer before it reaches the buyer. For the manufacturers, dealers, and contractors who store and ship it, that open-air exposure adds up: rain feeds rust, UV fades paint, and wind-driven dust grinds into seams and fittings. Equipment that arrives corroded or weathered means reconditioning work and warranty claims. Transhield covers keep each machine clean and protected from the storage lot to the delivery site, so it shows up ready to work.
A Custom Fit for Every Machine
Transhield wraps each machine in a cover cut to its own dimensions, so a loader or light tower gets a tight fit instead of a tarp lashed down with straps. Once we pattern a cover for a model, your crew can fit the same one again and again, protecting every unit the same way as it leaves the yard.
- Water-resistant shell keeps rain and runoff off the machine
- Anti-condensation lining vents damp air out instead of trapping it
- Optional VCI additive slows corrosion on cylinders, pins, and fittings
- Heat-shrinks to a tight fit that wind cannot whip loose on the highway
- Soft inner layer rides against glass and paint without scratching
- Add zippers, flaps, or clear panels for quick access and inspection

Why VCI
With the VCI additive in place, our covers have a proven record of slowing corrosion on the metal it seals away.
